Large Portabella mushroom caps gilled and filled with our house recipe mixture of ricotta, parmesan, Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella, fresh herbs, minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes cut into 4 bite size triangles baked until golden and served over a swirl of our house made nut free basil pesto and a swirl of our tangy balsamic tomato puree.
